Any Southern Comfort Veterans here?

Anyone know how quickly registration fills up for Southern Comfort?
I have a friend from another forum wanting to go this year but she is a student and always broke. She is trying for one of their scholarships, but has not heard back from anyone there, and now she is getting worried that it will fill up without her. She is a very sweet kid with zero support where she lives. I told her she was being paranoid but that I would ask around here for her.
Anyone know the answer?

Hi Samantha,

YES, I am a three time Southern Comfort Veteran and have loved it every time.

I haven't had to worry about the scholarships so I can't shed any light on that side of the issue.

I know the hotel will fill up in the end but I have never heard about them turning people away from trying to get in.

Thanks, Linda. The room is not a problem. She has been worried about the convention itself,so I am glad to be able to reassure her that that filling up without her will not be an issue. Thanks

They usually don't contact people until after registration starts on April 1. If she hasn't gotten an email from them in a week or two, use the email link on the scholarship page at the SCC website.
