I guess I am just average as mine have never been sensitive at all, they are just numb tiny bits of flesh. My wife sometimes touch them hoping or thinking they would respond like hers, but not a lot happens. I would love them to be more sensitive.

Yes! OMG are mine sensitive! As far back as I can remember they've been this way.
So I like dressing like girl. BIG DEAL!
If you have them pierced they go from zero to wooh ;-)
