Update to (Strange goings on in the house hold).
Following on from my first post,
Sorry but this is quite long but please enjoy reading it.
My wife and I packed our cases for the weeks trip to the Tinsel and Turkey week at one of the Warner Leisure Hotels near us to meet up with the group of 19-members that we had arranged to go with.
(21- total in the group.)
Monday came and I packed the car with our cases and bags and we set off on our journey first calling for petrol at our local ASDA petrol station, then on our way to the Hotel.
We arrived and I took out the luggage from the car and went to reception to book in to find out what room we had been allocated, a little confusion at the desk as our name on the list had been misspelt with (nn) at the end not (mm) so once that was cleared up we were given the keys to our room (323)
I said that would be easy to remember as that was one of my old clock numbers from years ago.
Meeting up with some others members of the group while sighing in.
So off to our room on the third floor and what a lovely room we found when opening the door, I set about unpacking my clothes and hanging them up in the wardrobe and in the draws
.
My girl clothes list.
I had packed 3-pairs of heels.
1-pair patent black 4” heels.
1-pair black 3” heels.
1-pair beige 2.75” heels.
1-pair patent black flats.
5-pairs of panties assorted colours.
2-control panties 1-cream and 1-black.
4-bra's assorted colours 2-matching the bra's.
2-camisole tops 1-white and 1-black.
1-white blouse with patterned collar and front fastening.
1- beige half underskirt slip.
1- black knee length skirt.
2-dresses, 1-black with white small polka dots, 1 multi colour with belt.
2- handbags, 1-black and 1- beige,
3- pairs of opaque stocking, 1-purple, 1-blue, 1-black.
2-suspender belts.
2-pairs of black tights.
1-beige jacket .
1-black leather coat below the knee length. [ Purchased from Sue Ryder Charity shop]
1-black bolero top. [ on the Saturday before going ]
1-purse. [ '' ]
1-Christmas jumper with reindeer on the front.
1-black & white patterned cardigan.
1-white full slip my wife gave me that she had from her mothers wardrobe,
And not to forget the make-up case wig and hair brush, almost forgot my jewellery,
I had to wear my forms and a bra no room in the case to fit them in without crushing them,
(that's my excuse anyway.) I was under dressed also in panties and black tights.

2-pairs trousers + the pair I was wearing.
1-pair black shorts for if I used the Spa.
1-pair socks.
3-pairs shoes 1-pair black, 1-pair brown, 1-pair trainers.
1- beige jumper.
1-grey jumper.
Monday evening started with the group going for dinner at 6:30pm in the Sherwood Restaurant, where we meet our waitress Jess for the week and can say that she was a most pleasant and helpful girl that attended to our meal choices or we could chose from the buffet or carvery.
After the meal you had the choice of going to the Pavilion Bar or Late Lounge for your evening entertainment, or just sit and relax in one of the many area's of the Hotel or have a walk round the many rooms of the Hall Hotel.
As my wife had not been very well the previous week she wished to go back to our room to have a little rest or sleep, so I escorted her back to the room, then I would go out and have a smoke and walk around the grounds, before returning to our room to see how she was feeling.
After a little talk she said to go and do what ever I wanted, so I would have a stroll down to the Late Lounge and have a drink and join some of the other members of the group and chat or watch the entertainment before going for another smoke or returning to our room for the night.
After undressing for the night I would wear the white slip I wonder what my late mother in law would have said if she could see me wearing her slip.
I woke up about 2:30am put on a pair of trousers my beige ladies jacket and my pair of beige 2.75” heels and went out for a smoke and find that most of the outside lights had been turned off, Then returning to the room and removing the outer clothes and getting back into bed.
Tuesday was to be our Christmas day.
We went to Breakfast for around 8:30am where you had unlimited choices of what you wished to eat for the day from the salad bar or hot food counter, then served with toast, a pot of tea or coffee.
Then it was your choice as to what you wanted to fill your days activity with from Trivia Time to a Winter Walk a Mile with Warner, learn to Dance, Archery, Bare Mineral Make-up workshops, Fun Skittles. Then at 12:30pm you could go to the Movie Matinee the activities were almost endless.
I took my wife for a little walk in the grounds to take in the pleasant atmosphere and tranquillity of the land scape and having a good look at the hotel building.
As my wife was still feeling a little out of sorts I escorted her back to the room for her to have a little rest.
I then went out for another smoke and meet up with other members of the group and had a little bit more exploring of the hotel before returning to our room to make a tea for myself and a coffee for my wife.
By this time it was getting round to getting ready for the evening meal, and the tradition is for the hotel guests to wear their Christmas jumpers for dinner,
I got myself dressed in my white blouse, Christmas jumper, black male trousers, my pair of black 3” heels, a red flower patterned necklace and Ho Ho Ho drop ear rings no wig so I was still in male mode with just a few twists to my style.
So on arriving at the Restaurant the display set before us was quite something to see all the guests with all their costumes. We had our chosen meals either served by Jess the table waitress or the carvery,
I don't think that anyone had noticed that I was wearing heels or just didn’t pass any comment.
After the meal I escorted my wife back to our room to have her little rest before going to the Late Lounge for the entertainment for the evening, I went out for a smoke for a little while, and meet up with a few of the other members and guests for a chat of how much better we were enjoying the holiday break, compared to our break we had last year at Blackpool.
After the entertainment we went back to our room with me going out for my smoke before turning in for the night
.
Wednesday was our boxing day,
We went to Breakfast for around 8:30am where we had our choice once again from the hot food counter then toast and tea or coffee served by Jess.
We looked at the activities for the day and choice Christmas Clangers at 11:45am (Bell ringing for everyone) so with 8-hand bells we lined up into 8-teams of 3-people and took it in turns to read the the places where we had to ring our bells at the right time to make the tune, each of us performing a line each before changing over to the next person.
Then we were asked to change bells to a different bell number and ringing the bells once again.
The girl that was instructing us asked us to attend the Late Lounge for 8:55pm where we would perform what we had learnt, to all the other guests.
We also choice to watch the Festive Movie Matinee of Miracle on 34th Street. At 12:30pm Staring Richard Attenborough & Elizabeth Perkins.
After going back to our room for a drink we went to a History of the House Talk given by the Head gardener by “Andy Malam” tells all. A most interesting talk was given that Warner Leisure Hotels had purchased the building and part of the grounds for 1- Million Pounds then spent 21-Million Pounds on renovations to bring it back into a state of good repair.
We then went for a little break before attending our evening meal at 6:30pm.
When leaving our room 3-lady guests were coming along the corridor as I opened the door and held it open for them to come through and one of them said “have you got your posh frock?” to which I replied that’s for tomorrow.
Not thinking where that question came from we continued on our way to the Restaurant were we had our evening meal. Now as I was require to be at the Late Lounge for 8:55pm for the group that had been taught to ring the bells so we got ourselves ready to go for the evenings entertainment as they had a Star Cabaret Kimika performing after we had played our little bit of ringing the bell tune to the audience of guests, that went down very well and much applause from everyone in the room.
The Cabaret Kimika act was a great performance and cheered by all the audience.
By this time my wife was feeling ready to call it a night and go back to our room to sleep for the night,
I did my usual and put on a pair of heel and went out for a smoke before returning to our room to bed down for the night.
Thursday was to be our New Years Eve.
Getting up from our sleep I made a drink for us both in the room before going for Breakfast in the Restaurant, then after having our food our group of 21 arranged to meet in the Great Hall at 9:45am to have photo;s taken, then we all chose what we were going to do for the day and arranged to meet up in the late lounge at 3:00pm for the afternoons entertainment of That Was The Year 2014 Multimedia. Followed by the Pantomime-Aladdin performed be the entertainment staff.
What a great show they performed for the afternoon's end.
I escorted my wife back to our room to get ready for the evening meal and said that the Late Lounge was going to be packed for the nights performances.
Then I said to my wife that I had better get myself dressed in my dress before going to the Restaurant for our evening meal. So after a wash and my second shave of the day.
I applied purple nail varnish to my nails and let them dry, (borrowed from my wife)
I put on my matching bra & panties, including forms in the bra,suspender belt, purple stockings and my cream control panties, to keep my tum under control, then I put on my Black dress with white polka dots before I applied my make-up to my face and eyes, put on my rings bracelets and necklaces, one I had made from a kit that spelt out “MARTINA”
and my drop ear rings then the black bolero top, then my pair patent black 4” heels, and I was ready.
Not quite! Nearly forgot the lip stick & Wig and a spray of my wife’s Estee Lauder.
We left our room and made our way down the Hotel corridors to the lift to go down two levels, then along the ground floor corridor while walking to the lounge area my wife said that I had a good pair of legs and that I was walking well in my 4” heel, on the next slope
down to another lift, then a short walk to the Restaurant and to our table, every one was amazed at how I looked and we all sat down for our evening meal, I was able to take it all in my stride and my wife was saying that I had not taken as long to get ready as it took me last year at Blackpool.
So my second outing dressed as a woman to a few more of the group.
I chose to go up to the carvery for my meal selection and was called "madam" at the counter, that felt so good to hear those words from the server to me.
I was overwhelmed with all the lovely complements that everyone was giving me so I guessed that I must have passed the test of passing. Even our waitress Jess joined in with a comment after my wife was on about the time it had taken me to get ready by saying well a girl needs time to look her best.
The meal went well and we all had an enjoyable time.
After the meal I escorted my wife to the late Lounge before going outside for my smoke, then returning to the Lounge to enjoy the entertainment for the night. They started off with Bingo I made my exit to go to the Toilet were a Man opened the door for me and as I was following a lady she held the ladies door for me but I said that I would go into the disabled instead. I don't thing either of them had clocked me not passing, then I went outside for a smoke before returning to the show where the Leader Of The Pack had just started then after that it was Cabaret Show Time A salute to the musicals with the resident entertainers, then later Last Night Of Thoresby Proms.
What a wonderful performance the entertainers put together for us all.
Party into the night with Nick and the team followed by the after show party with Mirage the band and singer.
After bringing in the New Year we had dancing until late, I meet the ladies from the previous night and had words with them and said well I have put my posh frock on tonight what do you think? One of the ladies asked if the dress was my wife’s I said no it's mine then they asked if my wife had brought it for me and I said that I had purchased it for myself, I am pleased to say that I only received nice comments throughout the night.
We then moved to the Pavilion Bar for Late Night Live With Jamie. For the late night singalong. Another great performance to bring the night to it;s end, while he was talking he said that he had fell for a woman in the audience but later found out that she was a man (me)
On his next song he moved around the Bar and came and sat on the arm of my seat and I put my arm around him too the smiles of the audience. Everyone took me all in the spirit that I had portrayed throughout the night. After the show was over I was talking to a man in his 30's and he said that until my friend who had also dressed as 'Michiala' came up to the Bar with his wife for us both to have our picture taken then he had not known that I was a man and took me as a woman throughout the night. Now that was a complement that I thanked him for. All in all a great night to a wonderful weeks break with the group. My wife and I had gone with and the many guests of the Hotel that I came in contact with.
I escorted my wife back to our room were I put on my black leather coat below the knee length, and went out for a smoke using the side door down one flight of stairs that came out onto the court yard just outside of reception, had my smoke put out the end in the bin and made my way back to the door I had come out from to find that it had been locked, so as I had been out all week in the early hours I walked around the Hotel path still wearing my 4” heels and found that the next door also locked, then onto the next door to find that one locked also, now I was starting to panic as to if I could get back into the Hotel, after trying about 6 doors I was able to get back into the Hotel and make my way to the lift then up 2- floors and a walk along the corridors to return to our room, by this time my wife was in bed and I told her what I had to do to get back in.
Well after undressing and washing the make-up off my face I put on the slip and went to bed.
Friday our last morning before departing I got up just after 6:am put on a pair of male trousers my black 3” heel shoes and my black leather coat and went out for my morning smoke, when returning to our room I started packing my clothes back into my case ready for our departure mid morning.
We made our way down for Breakfast for around 8:30 I was still wearing the purple nail varnish from the night before and one of the woman in our group asked me if they were my own nails as they were a lot better than hers, I said yes they are all mine, after having Breakfast and say fair well to Jess our waitress and I had a little talk with her about the night before we said our goodbye’s,while still sitting at the table another guest came over with his wife and asked was that you dressed last night and I said yes and he said Wow, my wife chipped in with don;t encourage him, don't encourage him twice, we had a good laugh and he went on his way.
We returned to our room I removed the nail varnish from my hands finished packing my case and took it out to the car, then returned to our room and collected my wife’s case and took that to the car.
On returning to the room I saw the cleaner that had looked after our room and gave her some money as a thank-you from us both.
We then made our way to reception to hand in our room keys and say our Goodbye's to the other members of the group.
In conclusion to our week away and the talks I had with my wife while there she was happy for me to dress, but does not want it in her face all the time and was pleased that I didn’t overdo it. At least we have been more open in my dressing and she is more accepting that it is part of me and understands that is the way I am so I feel that we have managed to move forward, not quite sure if it is acceptance or tolerance.

Well to all of you that have managed to read all of my story I would like to say a big thank-you as you can see 5-days is a lot to cover to try and get all the facts together and in the right order.
