Hi Michelle, it's so revealing and significant about the anger you displayed when you got drunk. We hear the cliche 'an angry drunk' and obviously it's an indication of buried resentment bubbling just under the surface.
So many people, and I'm sure it must be women as well as men, carry anger around- it explains road rage, domestic violence, probably also many suicides.
I'm so happy for you that you've been able finally to allow yourself to express your whole self. It's a sad indictment of society that you ever had to drive those feelings underground in the first place.
