What a thought! Mum wears a C-cup, both grandmothers were D+ so...!
Not sure how I'd react. Panic I think. I'm very in the closet. How to explain to my wife? What to do about work / friends. The fantasy would be to go full time as Judith and if it had happened 30yrs ago that might have been practical. Bût now? Life's not that simple. Lots of other things would (have to) change. Not sure that I want all of that. So, irony of ironies, I'd probably be investigating removal. BAH!

As I've already got B cup sized breasts, It wouldn't be much of a stretch; if anyone asked, I'd just blame it on various medications I'm on, along with smoking grass (which I don't do, but it's documented that cannibis can cause feminine breast development in men). Then go about picking out which bras I would now get to wear. Also, most of the people I know are faithful believers in a supreme being, so I would also just tell them that god did it, and if they have any problem, they can take it up with him.

There's an addendum at post # 82 on that thread, too. It's about a ten minute read.
Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.

I would be really happy, maybe hide them in my day to day life for a while then slowly tell family and friends. I would then look into modifying the rest of my body to match them and go full time.

that would be interesting, my family members have large breasts DD or bigger cups. when i femmed up i went up to a B cup and that is difficult to hide, but only slightly noticeable under drab loose fitting shirts. DD's or larger would really be out there. i am guessing i'd have to modify my golf swing even more, and i'd keep them, my wife would love it. i would tell everyone that meds did it... probably would not say i was self medicating to achieve the result... or was that a poof and there they are wish type of thing? in any case, i'd keep them and have fun!

It has happened to men in the past, just not "overnight". I know a few who have gone on specific medications for serious problems that have caused not only the breast development, but the very strong feminine feelings. They have gone off them for a short time and the urge to dress ultra feminine went away, but it is a medication they must take to stay in good health. As to the question, I would go see a doctor because obviously overnight would point to a medical problem. A more realistic question might be you woke up and noticed you were beginning to notice breast growth and after consulting with a doctor you were in formed that some men develop breasts later in life after their testosterone begins to lower. If I developed breasts, I would likely keep them and find a well fitting bra. It would make life a bit tougher but I would adjust. I would dress in the family area in the YMCA when I dress for my morning workout or swim. I would get electrolysis because after deciding I was keeping the breasts, I would make my body hair removal permanent. Kind of no going back when you start sporting headlights, so I might as well keep them hair free for life without having to wax, epilate or shave them.

We expend a lot of energy to transform our male bodies into something acceptable when we are in our feminine forms.

So this scenario doesn't require more overall effort. It just changes so that inour femme form breasts wwould no longer be a problem. The problem just shifts and would require understanding some of the techniques used by our F2M counterparts.

I am a bit overweight and used to have 'B' cup breasts. Last summer I lost a lot of weight and as a result my breast size shrunk quite a bit. I had breast cancer about sixteen years ago and had to have a mammogram done every year. Now my doctor says I don't need to have one anymore unless I feel 'lumps'. Well, fast forward. I have gained all but thirty of those pounds back and my breasts are still smaller than they used to be. No one asked about my smaller chest size and I doubt if anyone would say anything if my breasts got bigger again. I would be elated if my breasts grew overnight.

i have a B cup. If I was to have the same size as my mum and sister they would be a F cup. I think I would prefer to be around a D.

I'd be a D based on my family, so tough job hiding from work, so I guess no other option than to go and get measured for some nice lingerie!

Could my waist shrink a bit too or am I being greedy now?

Hi Candice . Nice post ,if it were not for the fact that I feel I have gone as far as I can go within the bounds of marriage ( to an accepting wife ) .
The first thing I would do is give them a really good check over ,to see if they really were mine
The next thing I would do is look out of the window and check for snow to see if Santa had been !!!!!!

Everything happens for a reason, and this would be mine to transition !! yes I really am that close , and have been for sometime .
As for removal ............reduction ..................you would stand more chance of world peace .
Well at least I have been honest Katie x.

That would be hard to hide, my sisters and mom are D and DD's.
At first I would be happy, then I would wonder how I could hide them, at least at work.

See a doc to make sure if there were not any problems.
Do not like knifes so I would not get reduced.
I love to run and believe I would have problems running .... darn.
I would get over it. LOL
Kind of wish I have woke up with a vagina instead ... easier to hide.

That's a tricky one, I was expecting "if you woke up as a woman" or something.
I'd like to say perhaps I'd transition but the concern of being employed when I get my degree seems easier being a white male stereotypically.
I'm also 6'4" and 230Lbs so I would probably get them removed unless I also shrunk a bit.

    Good food for thought!

I'd immediately want science to explain me what happened and investigate. Are they safe? No tumor or anything? How could that be? Are they fonctional? Did something else happened to my body, unnoticed?

And then i'd keep them, write a book, make a movie and grab the money while enjoying the open possibilities of this new horizon.

First, I would schedule a doctor's appointment. Based on previous experience, he would order some bloodwork, medical imaging, and send me to specialists to determine why the breasts appeared. Somebody above mentioned cancer, but that isn't the only issue that causes gynecomastica.

In the meantime, I would get myself fitted for brassieres. If the breasts are proven benign from a medical point of view, I am disinclined to have them removed, as that is considered cosmetic surgery where I live.

Is that what happened to me? They just seemed to come overnight when I was young. Faster than my sister got hers. Well it caused a lot of harassment. I am lucky that they are not as large as my wife's. I have thought of having them reduced, but I kind a like them.

Immediate Thought- Yes!! No need to actually pay for this so I've just saved several thousand dollars which can be diverted towards FFS.

Answer to family, friends, employer etc. "Freaking side effects from the new blood pressure med's I'm taking, moral of this is never try and save a few bucks by purchasing meds over the internet."

No i would not remove them. It would make a few changes as I would now have to wear a bra everyday. LOL in male mode a bump would not be a problem unless they were really big.
