Did I miss something? Sounds like crossdressing is some kind of bad, disrespectful evil thing. If that's your attitude about it then you should only present as male in that empty house. No telling what the consequences could be if you dressed like a girl. Especially there! I need to go burn all my stuff.

Not speaking for the OP, but in my case knowing how the owner of the house felt about it. Said owner being my mom. To her it is a bad disrespectful evil thing. And it's her house. She wouldn't know I did it but I would. In that case, would you not feel like you were being disrespectful by doing it?

Sure, but stay away from using too much fragrance. I found perfume has a tendency to stay in the air too long. If your mom does not use any or you use a different scent, then I think her nose will detect the presence of a woman. You may have to make up a story or two.
