Completely agree it is, and should be, about how we feel. I do not pass either, but I enjoy trying to look my best with makeup and clothing and that makes me feel good. The end result isn't so important. Whether I just stay in or go out, it is satisfying. If someone compliments me I am flattered for sure, but I am internally motivated.
