As to getting undressed when having 'a friend' over, I get the impression the outer layers should be coming off first as they want to know what's going on under there. You could go dress-first with a striptease... or hold on to the mystique by slipping off the undergarments first, turn your back to remove the outer and slip under the covers demurely having revealed very little.
Please note: do not do the 'taking the bra off through the dress/t-shirt sleeve' thing that GGs do - the sound of your forms hitting the floor will ruin the mood!
