    Boobs are heavy

Got kind of a chuckle the other morning. I've been trying to lose some weight and have been weighing myself fairly frequently, but usually not en femme. For those that have dieted you know how it goes, some days you are down, other days you've gained some back.

Well, this time I had hopped on the scale while wearing a bra and forms and was a bit dismayed to see that I was having one of those "up" days. But wait, I had by boobs on...how much do those weigh? In my case it was 2.5 lbs (a bit more than a kilo for those of the metric persuasion). It was (almost) gratifying that I found once I took off the bra and forms that I was actually having a down day.

The human body is 98% water. I know two women who have had breast reductions because of the strain put on their bodies because of the large breasts. Once in the office I worked in a female client came in and actually physically placed her extremely well endowed breasts on the counter to rest her muscles. I bet petite women with small cup sizes have a lot less back problems than their well endowed friends.

That is part of the reason I wear breast forms. I love the weight I feel. It's not much but it is cool!

I know what you mean. At first I was amazed but now, after a minute, I don't even know they're there. Go most places with them. 👗

Yes, they can be heavy, but I always loved the weight of them, and the feeling of them jiggling when I walked.

    Jenna,
I'm not sure if that's an average weight but it sounds heavy to me.
I've just made another set of my water balloons the maximum weight I can accommodate is 8ozs each, , with what I have naturally that fills a 36C bra nicely.

2.5 pounds extra, Jenna? That's funny!

When I'm wearing my silicone female suit including D silicone forms and dress tech hips? (Like in my avatar).

    I'm 20 pounds heavier!

Yeah in real gg's they are heavy. I had a GF that had very big boobs and I could not believe how heavy they were, she did have back problems from them. I would say forms are comparable in weight but might even be lighter.

    Sherry,
I lost 28lbs in weight , I wouldn't want to carry all that extra , I still prefer to be as natural as possible ! Not quite WYSIWYG !!

Y'all are just waiting for me to chime in here, aren't you!
I've waited so long for this time. Makeup is so frustrating. Shaking hands and I look so old. This was a mistake.
My new maid's outfit is cute. Sure fits tight.
And then I step into the bedroom and in the mirror, I see a beautiful woman looking back at me.
    Smile, Honey! You look fabulous!

The DDD forms I have weigh over 8 pounds.
Yes that does make a difference at a weigh in.

I've had the same experience, Jenna. In my case I weighed at the gym the day before a check up,in male mode. The next day I went to my OB/GYN (who is my HRT Doctor) enfemme which meant I had my forms and dress tech hips on as well. With me the difference is 8 pounds (3.5 kg). I don't mind though, I like the results the extra weight does!

I agree with Heidi, I do not mind the extra weight I have with my Dress tech hips and forms.

Kind of wish I had that problem.

It is a sensation I am not concious of these days but mine still get in the way in confined spaces.....

    Fun, isn't it?

Absolutely disgusting language. Not the boobs. The use of metric is what I'm on about...yuk!

I'll have to weigh mine next time, as they do bear down on my shoulders. Pleasantly, I should add.

Do yours weigh as heavy as chipmunks?

While I was in the waiting room, waiting to be taken in for my BA, my surgeon came in and said it was his practice to show the patient the box the new boobs are in, to prove it is new, and sealed, and that they are the right boobs. I couldn't believe the weight, and was convinced I had made a terrible mistake!! Then he told me they were packed in saline. LOL!!
Now that they are installed, yup, they are still heavy. I rarely go braless in my waking hours. 1280 grams of silicone gel, plus what I had already.
I wouldn't trade them for anything on earth.

Yes, I agree that the weight is not something I was conscious about. Wearing the bra and boobs has always felt nice to me. Them getting in the way is still something that takes adjusting for me. I find myself being a bit more careful when eating/drinking and I somewhat awkwardly lean further over the table when I do that. Of course that just plonks my boobs down right on the table.

They're a nice 'novelty' at first. Having a pretty 'rack' is certainly gratifying, I suppose, as long as she feels good about them. But time can change that, as shape & size, as well as sagging can be a source of mixed emotions. One woman I worked with had three children by the time she was 25; she never said anything, but took some time off, and when she returned, started asking if she looked any different. None of us noticed. But she had her breasts 'fixed', as she put it, back to how they looked before she had children. She had the before and after pics; and sort of surprisingly, wasn't reluctant to show them to us, including the men. While she was in fine physical condition, her breasts had gone from perfect B cups, to sagging down beyond her umbilicus. So it was easy to understand why she had them 'fixed'. Post op, they were indeed almost back to original form. The scars were still healing, but either way, she was much happier.

so it seems it all depends. Women are quite aware of their appearance, and their breasts are a source of importance. It's easy for us to just enjoy the initial experience of falsies, and even implants. The real thing, however, is apparently a whole different experience. At this point in my life, I kind of wonder what it would be like to have 50+ year old, pendulous breasts. Somehow, it doesn't seem like it would be the great experience that so many think it would be.

There's an addendum at post # 82 on that thread, too. It's about a ten minute read.
Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.

I love the weight of my forms! Usually I'm a 38D and the 'jiggle' seals the deal.

With me, it's all about the breasts. I emulate the female that I've always wanted to be and be with.
I have a few outfits (costumes) that only allow small b-cup forms. And these are a lot of fun.
But, my normal size is 38DD. I've worn bras and forms this size for days on end. Even while asleep.
It is just such a natural feel.
Then, more often than not, I just want to be as big as possible. And, with the right bra, it is not at all uncomfortable.
The body automatically adjusts the upright posture for balance. And yes, I get all of the clever jokes. (Y'all really show your man card with some of the comments.)
So, here's 38DD and 40M. I totally enjoy both looks and I could do either one 24/7.

I've a pair of attachable forms. Aphrodite. Medium sized. Not overly heavy, yet when I wear them for a couple of days, I find my lower back is a bit tweaked.
