I'd have to say without a doubt, by far, for me it is Heels and Hose (panty or thigh-highs).
I began wearing hose (from time to time) back in middle school and once I got a chance (GF with same shoe size) I began wearing heels around the house with the hose.
The hose and heels are the first items on and the last off... in fact I'm still wearing the pantyhose from last night.
My GF still can't believe that I find heels and hose comfortable. When I got some new 4" heels, she could barely stand up in them where as I slipped them on and pranced about easy as you please. That's when she said that I was "born to wear women's clothes" hehehehe

My favorite items are real great skirt suits, and I think I have about 40 of them. I have about 5 pant suits. Under those skirt suits I love to wear my collection of lingerie. I like to dress like a professional businesswoman.
Since I have more of these than anything else, I would say bras.

for me it has to be stockings and high heels but i do love my corsets, but for the outer ware hummmmm, i love my mini skirts, lacey tops, mini dress, wow i could go on and on but if the mood is lady like hhuummm a sun dress,teddy, high heels and stockings, if its fun dancing like a black lacey top a short black skirt, black baby doll on under it with stockings and heels not to high so i can dance all night but if im in **** mood will a mini dress or skirt see throw top if its a skirt, black blazer, corset, stocking and high high heels and with all long nails the right make up for the mood ear rings, anklets, bracelets, rings, body chan, nickless and my hair done again to the mood.
