Awesome. Sounds like it went well.
It sounds like you have had a long road to recovery here. Welcome back to the world of high heels! Just be careful and don't set yourself back in your recovery. Even the best of us can trip in them.
Enjoy heeling around!! YAY!!

Very exciting. How big are the heels you like to wear?
Good for you! I'm glad your recovery has progressed to this point.
A good day indeed! Be careful out there!!!

That's awesome. For some reason nothing feels as nice as walking around in heels.
I know the feeling! After my hip replacement I had to wait many weeks before I could wear heels. Now, my balance is so poor that I can wear only certain types of heels (sad).
Hugs, Carole
Great to hear your back in heels, and that you have recovered from the surgery
OMG!! Owning my femininity .... and I LOVE it!
Congratulations. I've found that my arthritic hip responds really well to ballet flats, but that it sort of adjusts after a half-hour or so in heels (2-3"). Funny how your toes feel scrunched and the leg bones seem to align somewhat differently, in a way that can feel awkward, even unsteady, at first, then get better? We have all hard floors (tile and laminate) at home, so I have to step carefully, lest one of those tiny heels go sideways on me. It's good practice for those shorter strides that help us walk in a more ladylike way.
Besides, do our feet ever look nicer than they do in a pretty pair of pumps?
