Surf the web is your best bet, I use my own pretty face for one and I made bunch of them so i can chage them ever now and then.

Mine comes from blues artist Candye Kane's last album... lol White Trash Girl fit all too well.
I just squished some of my photos down to avatar size with photoshop.
