My band size and forms work well with either a 36C or a 38B. For me that size is realisticly shapely without going overboard.

I have a number of bras most are 42C worn with triangular forms, I also have a 40B which will fit with a strap extender, that fits me without any extra filling but I do have a set of small 'Breast enhancers' (Chicken fillets) they look good in the 40B or I can wear them without a bra just using adhesive tape to keep them in place

42 c is very comfy even better with a small set of breast forms , gives me the right look for my frame

40C with my forms. Only long line bras for me too. My forms are not attachable and I find that a long line bra supports my forms much better than a traditional bra. The cups of a long line bra do not slip downward from the weight of the forms. The Bali 3300 LLB is a wonderful bra. Very comfortable (softcups/no underwires), and when worn with a waist nipper/cincher helps give me the shape I desire.

I am 6' 1" and have a 38" chest but have to wear 42 coats. Do not work out so my upper body and arms look a "bit" female.

I can get on a 38 A bra no form. The cup size depends on the form size. With a D form I suspect a 40 or 42 C would work. Do have "a little" gynecomastia (sorry it is not more) so I am not flat. Came in handy for halloween in the Wonder woman costume and using a natural bra to make cleavage, another thread.

When I started dressing eons ago I wore a 36 C. But now that I have aged, I have settled on 42 B and with the forms feel great and am very comfortable.
