For me it depends on what I'll be wearing. If it's heels then I wear thigh highs. If I'm going to be wearing boots I usually wear tights as they survive longer with the boots. But if I'm in a sassy mood then I'll wear thigh highs regardless cause people can't see my tattoo through tights.
