I'm just not graceful enough to be a ballerina. The dress is sexy though.

I couldn't possibly choose between the two lovely dresses you have in mind, Pink Satin Sissy (love your name), nor the other gorgeous confections suggested by other members. The ideal solution obviously would be to get all that you can possibly afford and save the spares for other occasions or for private dress-up sessions.

Thank you for the suggestion! I think it would be wonderful to buy all of them and wear them on special occasions (like a Wednesday). I love satin and it makes me feel pretty when I am able to wear it. To me, frilly satin lingerie with a satin dress is the sexiest combination.

To Pink and All the Gurlz,
I have bought three of these type gowns from Ebay from China. Some recommendations to Pink and all of you; you should buy these gowns custom made. For the most part, stock gowns will be too short for the average sized CD. Also, you need to have a good relationship with a seamstress or taylor. My weight fluctuates and I have to get the gown altered every time I plan to wear it. The Ebay sellers are generally honest, but you will have to get the gown altered. On a personal note, I can not wear pink. Fuscia looks great on me. While one of my ball gowns is not of outrageous design, the color is pumpkin orange. For a first gown, my recommendation would be a sequined gown and please try to avoid black. If you go to a formal function with CDs and their SOs, 80% of thme will wear black and navy blue.

I love #12 but I wouldn't wear it too a formal. #5 with all the ruffles is beautiful and would be fun to wear and you'd get a lot of attention. #s 3 and 16 are more practical.

I probably go to a formal in #3
