Hi Girls,
Well last night I went out. Out of my front door into a waiting taxi and off to a local glbt club. Stayed for 3 hours and then came home. What a thrill! Treated with respect by all those who we (I had another girl with me for company) came across. A thoroughly positive experience. Although I have been out before, never from my own house dressed. I must be nuts!
The only drawback.....As we left the house one of my neighbours was walking along the street. He looked in our direction for some time. I think that's not good - but, on the other hand.....it would be a relief if I didn't have to hide all the time. I wouldn't go out dressed every time but at least I could potter around the garden and not worry. Maybe fate has lent a hand (and I haven't got 'Pervert' painted on the outside of my house this morning!)
