More than six weeks ago I ordered a wig. After a month of hearing nothing (except that they charged my card)I finally got a hold of someone, told it was no longer available, so I cancelled the order. Now two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund.
Am I having bad luck with a good company, or is this company what I think it is?
Has anyone dealt with this company recently? Please let me know. It will help me decide what my next step is..
