A great job indeed. I have started to use medical tape. Easier to come off and has just enough hold to lift. I think it is a 3M tape.

Girls and boys, you don't have an idea of how good it feels to have such a great response. I thought I did a good job, but your comments make me see it was incredible. This just encourages me to try again and do a better job.
I think next time (maybe in a couple of weeks) I'll take more pics and (crossing fingers) I'll go out. Someone has offered her help and support and I think I'll go out for the first time in a long long time... I'll let you all know what happened and post more pics if any.
For those wanting to know my secret, just scroll to page 3 and there's a slight explanation of what I did... it's not much because mother nature helped me from the beginning, but that's all I did... maybe I forgot to mention a little make-up (darker in the middle to give the depth impression) but I swear that was it. Posing in the correct way is also part of the trick. Again, thank you all for your feedback.

I had a similar experience with cleavage. I haven't been known to show it, but just lately I realized why I should. Most of my tops don't reveal much, until I got my new hooters uniform. The tank top came incredibly low, just leveling off with my demi-cup bra. But it wasn't just the bra that was making the extra cleavage, it was the hooters top too! It was pushing up and in too. Wow, if I would have had a camera, I would share with all of you. I guess that's the reason the hooters tops should be snug!
