Have a look at this thread http://www.crossdressers.com/forums/...ead.php?t=2143 for instructions on how to make a gaff from a pair of pantyhose, with pics in post #16.
It's not the most comfortable gaff in the world, but it works ok for a few hours. I recommend using pantyhose a little larger than your normal waist size.
