    A Place to Work Dressed

During this past busy season, I have often wondered how many of us girls would love a professional office space where we could bring in a laptop, our cell phone, get dressed and work en femme for the day. I can think of several times this month when I could have worked virtually anywhere and not be "in the office". What got me thinking was an offer by my electrolysist to use her office any time if I wanted to come and get dressed for a day. (She has plenty of space)

I can think of a number of downsides to this, but I'd be more than happy to share the cost. It might be fun. Any thoughts?

What an interesting idea. The only question would be how to label the office bathrooms?! I guess they'd have rotating signs .

I may just have to do a career switch so I could take advantage of that. My job actually 'requires' me to be at the plant pretty much most of the day .

Keep us posted. Esp. if you do setup a trial office.

It's really quite an interesting and intriguing idea. I can think of lots of days when my work could be done entirely in an office like the kind you have described.

Well, I suppose I am lucky as I work from my own office which is a more or less fully equipped room. That is one imprtant reason why I am crossdressed every day.

There is a gal at my local restaurant (that is quite swank mind you) and is perhaps not quite fully dressed however very fem and androgenous...

Always fun and knows the best wine to do with the main.

There is a TG Boutique here in San Jose that offers that. You can go to the boutique and spend the day en femme.(minor fee involved) There is a lounging room, kitchen area, dressing rooms, and private rooms. She has DSL access available. She has a salon for makeovers and the shop in there also.

I went there to buy my first pair of 3" heel black pumps and my breastforms. I think about going for the day, but I know my wife would not like that. she has not been to the shop with me but she considers it a "porn shop".

I love the days I can work from home and the kids are all gone so I can fully dress during the day while working.

Working from home is a good way to get the basic need met. But, I really like the idea of being able to work and function in an office en femme. It's a whole different "feel" of freedom. NO, it's not the same as going to your employer's office and working, but, if enough were involved, you can "recreate" an office that caters to CD/TG/etc.

Everyone would work for their own respective companies, but we would get the additional benefits of water cooler talk, coffee breaks, lunches, and just the day to day commoradory (sp?) in a truly "come as you are" environment.

I sometimes dress at home but always worry about someone coming unexpectedly. Home is home. I think that in an office environment, even if I am the only one there, it would be great. I would love to be able to wear a nice sleek business suit with heels and pearls while working on a client's file, or maybe a real expensive business type dress. Maybe a fantasy, but certainly a possibility.
