I would be a female, no doubt about it. If I could go back in time knowing what I know now, I would somehow find a way to start hormone therapy and I would have transitioned. But at 43, married and a family, that will never happen.
It's a no-brainer for me,be a girl 24/7!!
I am already far in to my transition and have no intentions of changing one thing. Well, there is one thing that will have to go someday.

I have to aggree with some of the others, What a terrible question. But given the ultimatum, I would be a guy only. I wouldn't like it much and I wouldn't be very happy, But I guess I would have to deal with that.

I feel most comfortable and natural when I am dressed. That is why I stay dressed as much as I can. I would have to go full time!
24/7 for me also, and since I would be female, I would be able to dress like a guy if I wanted to and do guy things if I wanted to but still be the girl I am inside.

First off, I'd refuse the choice. But since you didn't give that option, I'd choose to give it up. Try and stop me from fantasizing about it though!

Well for me I would choose to be a woman because this is the way I've been feeling for a long time. But then again she didn't say we had to give up being a man. We just had to dress as a woman 24/7 and then we could cross-dress the other way.

What a terrible choice! I really enjoy being a woman at home and private office, in the comfort of my own space. So I am definitely dressed as a guy more and relate more to being a guy.
