    Smile Wedding rings

I was out shopping today and went into Fashion Jewelry store, and found a pair of "faux" wedding band and engagement ring. I thought to myself, well wouldn't that really quell some curious or even doubting individuals when I was out in public to see those?

Maybe I'm crazy, but I percieve there might be method to this particular madness...

    Oh! By the way!!!

The rings look absolutely gorgeous on my ring finger...

[SIZE="3"]Whenever men hit on me I make sure my faux wedding set hits them right in the eye. I have a set in both silver and gold finish. They cost a grand total of $22 for all four pieces from some ebay seller. The gold set leaves a tarnish ring on my finger if worn too long.

One of my tips is to put a drop of super glue or nail glue on the shank on the underside of the finger to keep the rings from rotating. I also glue the wedding and the engagement rings together so that they appear to have been soldered together. Wearing apparent wedding rings has helped reduce the hits, as I am sure age has helped a bit also.

When I decided to go out in public, this was one of the first things I bought. I don't go out of the house en femme without my wedding ring.

I wear a wedding ring en femme even though I am really single. It's a symbol that I'm not interested in pursuing a relationship as Andrea, if that makes sense.

The idea of wearing a wedding/engagement ring while out and about in public is a perfect prop in the fact that it tells a story to the staring eye that "this women" is not available. When out with a male escort its even more telling in its purpose. Its usually enough to quell all doubts concerning weather you are a women.

Does it count if I never take my wedding ring off? Okay, it's a little wide for a woman's ring, but I don't think most people would notice that anyway.

Hope you all don't mind if I comment on this one...Funny story....I bought My wife Toni (who is MtF) and I diamond wedding bands and when we went to the jeweler to have them sized, Mine had to be downsized from a 12 to an 8, and hers had to be upsized from an 8 to a 12....The jeweler spoke to us like we were both five years old and said, "The rings are ALREADY the right sizes, THIS one is the MAN'S ring and THIS one is the LADIES ring"...We both started laughing and I said to him, "We completely understand that...I AM the man in this relationship....and this is My lovely lady....and we would like our rings sized as WE have specified, if you don't mind." He didn't say another word, the rings were sized, and Toni wears her ladies band to work every day...and I wear Mine...Ah, the adventures of the transgendered.... **Trey**

I always wear the same ring, whatever I'm wearing - I'm married - it means the same to me, either as boy or girl?

In girl mode I also wear a stoned ring (more like an eternity ring) with it, but if I'm hit on, the first thing I'll do is wave it in his face? It usually works...

I switch my guy wedding ring for a nice woman's set with a big rock. OK, it's fake. But, it's seen a mile away. Although, I sometimes fantasize about being a woman with a man, I don't really want to go down that path. At least not while being married.

My wife gave me an engagement ring very similar to the one I gave her years ago. It matches my band very well and I "Don't Leave Home Without It!"

It is part of the image of appearing totally feminine so I do. A few bucks at walmart got me a very nice gold and cubic engagement ring. I wore it on halloween and you can also buy very nice looking gold and silver womens watches and matching bracelets for about $10. I also wore them. I'm not really out to my wife, except on halloween and she didn't say anyhing about it...I really thought she would, she did tell me how to undo the clip on the watch the next morning though ('silly husband tricks', I guess).

My SO always wears her wedding ring which is a bit broader than an womens ring but no one notices, and wears a 3 stone engagement type ring I bought her a few years ago, never takes them off.

I like the idea of a fake wedding and engagement ring when out I,ve never been out yet en femme, but when [if ?] i do i will definatly use this idea to avoid unwanted attention and to help me look "more real".

Me to, when I go out I always were my wedding set, It is one one the many that I made, when I had my jewelry store. I'll get a pic of it this week to post. To me it always helps promote the falasy when I'm enfemme.

I weighed 155 lbs when she put the ring on my finger. Now at an extra 100 lbs, it won't come off even if I wanted it too, which I don't.

I've thought about getting a CZ or Diamonique engagement ring to go with it, but the design on my ring can't be matched.

I'm the same as Andrea, but I wear an engagement type ring just to let everyone know.

I love to see a beautiful woman in a nice dress, but then again, I also want to wear that dress.

I got a cheapie engagement ring at Boscov's in PA. Wear it when I wear gold rings. Feels right to me.

I've also wear an el-cheapo cubic zirconia wedding band. I usually do not wear it when in male mode when I do I turn the diamond side around so that it's not showing.

    same here

Whenever I have gone out in public, I have worn a woman's wedding band and el cheapo cubic zirconia engagement ring... it's part of my dressing -- reasonably attractive female with rings on her finger usually keeps the wolves at bay, lol...

For our 23rd anniversary, we, the wife and I both decided to get matching wedding bands. They both have a two tone gold with several cuts on the band. We both like tham, so who cares??? BJ
