no I never thought about it
Yes I do. It's Lisa, interestingly enough. You might think I don't have a first name, but I do, it's Sally. I don't use it however.
You know I have never thought about it. As we speak right now no. I mean to go by Michelle but as a habit I always put Mike. Go figure.

I added Anne to Sasha to make it more fem. Sasha is also a boys name.
Tentatively I'm Danielle Marion. I want to retain the same initials but there's no good middle names that begin with B!
I had a hard enough time coming up with a first name.
Someone once told me "Put on Your big girl panties and deal with it". If they only knew, I WAS ALREADY WEARING THEM.
I wear the bras and panties so my wife doesn't have to.

Tiffany Anne Hogan
and like many of you have said, ever since my name came to me in a dream I have always used both my first name and middle name together. Sometimes I actually roll them together like Tiffanyanne. Hogan is my Great Grandmother's maiden name.

Mine is Lynn. The cousin i borrowed my name from (my fave girl cousin) is Terri Lynn *******. Our Gmom always used both names with her, Terrilynn, as did several other family members. So I go as either Terri, or Terrilynn.

Emma, as in Jennifer Emma Ross, I had an internet femal friend a few years ago who liked the name Emma and she would call me that
I never chose a middle femme name for myself but if any of you girls have tried to figure out what JiFem9ll means, I'll tell you now. The Fem9 is sort of a cryptic spelling of feminine, and Jill is my name spelled out on either end. If I spelled it out normally it would look something like JiFemininell. So even though I don't have an official middle femme name, one might say that feminine is my middle name Did you get all that? Luv, Jill
That's a good one. I guess if I choose one it would have to fit my initials now D.J.S. I guess Johana. That the same name as my God Mother
Phylis, was my mothers name.
Mine, I don't know.
It would probably be a French woman name.
I don't know how well a French name would work w/Erin
Erin Claudine/ Erin Celine/ whatever
Of course 50% of the French female population is named "Celine"
Maybe Erin Rose...
Rose is my fav character off some game, see avatar
Let me know if that idea sucks, cause I never thought much of a middle name.
So do middle names have to "ring" with the first? To me it seems cliché to do that.
