I would say -
You cannot compare yourself to others. You do not know all the advantages or challenges they have had. All you can do is compare your present self to your past self ande see how you have progressed.
Friday night I was out at an alternative bar and a delightful young lady asked me the very same question. My answer was that I consider myself so very fortunate to be able to experience and enjoy both sides of the gender equation. Those times when it is appropriate to be a man I enjoy every minute. Those times when I am fortunate enough to really experience all the wonderful feelings and emotions relative to my female side I am in heaven. She gave me an enormous smile and a hug and said I could not have given a better answer. So, I enjoy and appreciate all that has been given to me, and am grateful to the many people who have helped make this possible with their love and support.
