Pretty much the T scene died in South Beach a few years ago when prices got too high. There are still a few clubs that have queen hostesses or dj's, but most of the real trans folks seemed to have moved north to Ft. Lauderdale and beyond...
Sorry I can't give you any specifics, but I think a few salons and makeup studios advertise subtley that they cater to everyone in the alternative papers there. Try looking on line for the local issue of the Reader. You'll find classifieds for "escorts" aplenty, but maybe a transformation service or studio advertises as well...
I know of one in PA, NY and NJ. Don't know of any in SE Florida, but I can ask some of my friends.
You can simply call salons and ask if they cater to crossdressers. My wife called a bunch of places to find one that does passable transformations instead of drag queen performers. That little difference really narrowed my choices.
The ones in my area normally create gay drag queens. Even the female illusionists (more passable) were gay. A drag queen from NJ offered to give me a makeover with the understanding that I wanted to look passable. I really should ask her for help. She was former Miss this and that (several titles) and is mature. She can help me with things my young female wife can't.
You can go to clubs and ask if anyone local knows of a place. I found some local CDs online who told me about places that are local. Good luck!

Not familiar with Fl. but I live in Ohio and have not found any. Please share where they are. My only experience is at Transformations with Rori in Chicago, and I love her and Soto's work.
