Question Does wearing a bra help shape chest?

I know it;s been awhile since I made a post last.
But I have been wearing my bra on a daily bais and was wondering if wearing it daily will shape my chest into a more femme chest of the long run.
Any and all comments are welcome.

I agree... It doesn't shape.... just holds what ever is in it....... so gravity doesn't come into play!! lol

A bra won't make you chest more shapely, but it will give you a more shapely fit in your clothes.

Women whom are very chesty, where bras to alleviate the strain on their back, we also wear em so not to be flip flopping around when we run, and yes there is this gravity thing eventually (sigh)

I remember reading somewhere that wearing a wet bra will shape the breast tissue. I think the theory was that the breast tissue would be molded by the cups in the bra as they dried. Probably just an old wives tale

A VERY old wives tale. Swimmers would be shaped like their bathing suits, divers like their scuba suits, etc.

No, the only changes a bra makes over time is indentations in your shoulders if you are well endowed....

I must agree, They only help while you are wearing them; So you'll just have to keep it on!!

But wear one if you want to. They will cause no harm and you will enjoy the experience.

Hormones and stroids shape your chest. Bras keep what you grow from going south and put those nice little marks on your shoulders.

I don't think so. Except for those pesky strap and band marks that seem to last for far too long sometimes!

    It will under certain circumstances

a bra will help shape your chest if you undergo hormone treatment. I did the hormone thing for a while and got some small nice bumps when doing it. the bra did help shape my chest from pointy to curvy while doing it.

Silicone breast forms are the only way to go outside of surgery. Have tried everything except surgery. Sheer bras with forms with raised nipples are some of my favorite ways of projecting a proper figure.

A bra will not shape your chest however hormones or implants will, then the bra will support and enhance the shape you aquire. Luv and Jill

Better make sure the bra is big enough around though, or you can get sagging lumpiness under the arms, as GG's do.

    Chest Shaping?

In the words of a professional Mastectomy fitter, " if you wear a tight bra every day, it may compress your chest. But that is all it will do!" That is similar to what ladies in Victorian times did with corsets. They wore them laced very tightly to obtain an hourglass figure. My sand got stuck in the middle!

I don't believe that wearing a bra will help shape your chest, but I do believe your thoughts can help shape your chest... to a certain degree.

It's an unknown and unexplored area of medical science, requiring a lot of trust and belief in oneself... Which basically comes down to having the conviction that one can physically change oneself by "feeling" a certain way and observing the results over time.

Impossible to describe really, as it requires being fully in touch with one's body and mind... Which is of course, not open to everyone.
