You never know. He might be a closeted CDer and figured why not get dressed for the parade and if anyone says anything,he'll just say he did for the parade. I recall that former NYC Mayor Guilani did it for a skit.
Thats why I'm glad I'm not in a high position like that. I could never CD without the fear of being exposed and my politicail carreer going down the drain. Thats why I happy to be a regular guy who CD's at home and in the hotel business.

[SIZE="3"]I saw him later at the park, and told him that it was a nice dress that he had worn in the parade. All he did was smile and say Thank You, Ienjoyed wearing it, it was fun. Interesting indeed.
