After a long hiatus, Windy Cissy broke out of her cocoon with a new, softer look, thanks to my latest acquisition: a cowl sweater, which I just love to wear with my hair down:
I figure, if I'm gonna go to all the trouble to get dressed up and go out, I may as well be a babe, right?

Very classy and natural - I love that look myself. It amazes me that some girls complain about the reaction they get when dressed, yet they dress like a 50's matron at a social. A nice outfit like that, pretty hairdo like yours, and you're going to fit right in.

Your new look is very nice, Windy. I have a cowl neck too. Its cream-colored angora and I love it.
