Am already short - ~ 5' nothing - have no adam's apple visible, wear a B or C cup, have a "baby face", and 1st time I bought a Pageboy wig and tried it on, I looked fem even though I had no makeup, and was in male clothes.
Unfortunately, weight is getting up there, so if anything, I guess I'd change that -- oh, and get a GG significant other to share life with.
Other than that, I'm pretty happy....
