you must remember that Bras are supposed to be unhealthy for us girls as biologically are frames are male. I had my bras fitted proffessionally and I was told to take your natural chest size and then decide what size cup you need depending on how big a bust is needed. so if you are a 38" chest then go for a size 38 bra and for good effect get a C cup. If you are use a good quality prosthesis then you can step down one size in the cup to imitate a cleavage. best of all no aches. I wear a bra all the time no matter what I am wearing and I love it and so do my friends

My bras are mostly 36b I also have 36c and 34c. I use a bra extender. I find that most of the bras that are 38 the cups are too large for my forms that I have.

Well, it varies by style. Most of the time I wear a 40-42B, naturally. But there are some Bali bras that fit me at 38B fpretty well. For the larger look I have a 38DD that I can fill out with assistance. And I always like to have an underwire.

I have two (bras).
But I have to find something to put into them or else I wear a no-cup size.
So, a 38" strap fits around my chest, but if I want to have a bust line, I put some pads into it, or I may try to buy some forms.

I have been measured a 42 or 44 so my 38c bras hurt like hell
but i can't see tossing them i will use them till they give out and break. fredericks of hollywood extreme cleavage bra of choice but looking at their other lines for more choices and style changes
