Shinedown "Second Chance"
doesn't really make me feel girly, but the lyrics really speak to me and help me accept who i am. i think the lyrics could apply to anyone coming out of the closet.
"tell my mother, tell my father, i've done the best i can to make them realize this is my life. i hope they understand."
also, Tonic "waiting for the right to change"

venus by bananarama
Ladies & Gentlemen, HER. 💋🌸💗
Some pretty obvious ones ;-)
Madonna - What it feels like for a girl
Shania Twain - Man i feel like a woman
Natalie Imbr.... - Torn
Cyndi Lauper - Girls just wanna have fun
Bananarama - Venus
Adam Ant - Greta X
The Kinks - Lola
Lou Reed - ( forget the song, but you probably know it )
And probably a few i forget and will probably remember when i see more posts - teehee
For me it's the Headpins "Don't it make you feel like Dancin".
Ever since Sherlyn did that video lipsync to that tune, that video has been burned into my brain. And now when I hear the song, I remember the video and just want to dress up.
Actually music doesn't make me feel girlie at all.. Wearing womens clothing makes me feel girlie or playing with makeup does... Music makes me feel happy of sad..
Today? "Fashion" by the Lovemakers. 'Cos I'm thinking lots about my wardrobe and what needs to be added to it next.
Sarah...
Any and all the music I was listening to when I moved out on my own and had the pleasure to dress at my will.
The Divinyls. Probably spelled that wrong. They Sang Touch Myself.
DeeLite
Depeche Mode
All those Old CD's when I first had my own place, it all brings those really cool emotions back. Girl they just flood me anytime I hear that old stuff.
"Sweet Melissa" of course!
Hugs,
Melissa
Here comes' the girls by the sugababes.
Love Zoe xx
For me:
Cyndi Lauper - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
Shania Twain - Man I Feel Like a Woman!
Bananarama - Venus
The Kinks - Lola
Melissa Etheridge - Secret Agent
U2 - Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses
Pink Floyd - Arnold Layne
oddly enough, also "Mrs. Robinson" by Simon and Garfunkel. When I listened to the lyrics just recently I realized how much it speaks of 'helping you learn to help yourself' and taking a 'little stroll around the grounds until you feel at home'. If you listen to it...perhaps you'll hear what I do?
~Samantha
I would have to say No Doubt - I'm Just a Girl, and alot of the other No Doubt & Gwen Sefani songs as well, Gwen is so very femme.
Here are a few other good Girl/Woman songs.
Commodores - Brick House
Aretha Franklin - Natural Woman
Van Halen - Pretty Woman (or Roy Orbison)
Peggy Lee - Im a Woman W-O-M-A-N
Erika Leigh
Kylie Minogue
Spice Girls
christna aguilera
Cliff Richard - "Goodbye Sam, Hello Samantha"
Over the rainbow, because that is what it feels like when I am doing it. There are plenty more on my blog, in fact I've worked out that every song is actually a tranny song
I strut my stuff, I feel so proud,
I need to shout, to scream out loud,
I am Tricia I am she,
I am who I want to be

How about
" I'm a Lumberjack "
From Monty Python Fame
"Caught Somewhere in Time" by Iron Maiden (an unlikely choice but it reminds me a lot of the time I began to accept my crossdressing and one of the verses of it could easily be applied to crossdressing)
"I wish I was a girl" by Violent Delight
"Living in America" by Lipstick Conspiracy
"Lustmord and Wargasm" and "The Death of Love" by Cradle of Filth (not very girly but I always seem to find myself singing along to the female backing vocals whenever I listen to those songs).
"Nemo" by Nightwish
This song makes me feel kind of where I want to be in the CD spectrum, Centered, and has a good message.
"The Shoes You're Wearing"

Ways to be wicked - Lone Justice. I used to have some white stiletto cowboy boots...
These Boots were made for walking - Nancy S
Anything by Blondie (not the Dumb one, the Debbie Harry one)
Dancing queen, and I do, I do I do by Abba.
Ladies,
Don't ask me why, but no other song connects me with my feminine self as much as "Albatross", by Judy Collins. Now, I know I'm dating myself here, but just listen to it and see if you feel as I do:
