It looks like I am going to have to put my dressing on hold for a while. Yesterday I was doing some landscaping and putting some rock around the yard. I had to get up in the pickup to shovel some rock and I slipped. I fell out of the pickup and onto the wheel barrow. Luckily, the wheel barrow was plastic and gave some when I fell. My ribs are very sore and I don't think a bra would feel very good around my ribs right now. Hopefully I will heal soon.
Ouch,sounds like you need some hydrotherapy and then stay on light duty for a week,thats what I would do,hopefully its not to sore to move around or you won't find the pain worsening and leading to deeper problems.

OUCH !!! That had to hurt, hun. At least you didn't break any ribs.......I was involved in a motorcycle accident back in 1996 and broke a couple ribs, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
