Smaller Adam's apple
Less body hair
Wider hips (but my butt is not too bad)
More hair on the crown and temples (begone male pattern baldness)
... then with a little nip, tuck and pluck, I might pass
I'm ok with everything but my height and feet. Definately wish I was not so tall! But it is what it is and I try to make the best of it.

Smaller shoulders, less facial hair and a narrower face.
I would love smaller feet. That would give me more options for shoes. But I would never want to change my bust. I do really enjoy having real boobs to fill out my bras, corsets, ect.
I would like curves , a nice but and no bodily hair except on my head !
In my dreams !!!
