I would write a letter to the HQ and tell them you were there to spend money and now you plan on never going there again. But one thing you might haved learn now is to relax when you shop plus no one around you cares.
Shop at kolhs or spend a little more and shop at Nordstrom, I shop at both places all the time and never have any problems. Nordstroms treats me very good and they always go the extra mile to make you feel good. The fashion Bug is low Quality clothing anyway....
