I doubt the women actually jealous per se .... I think that was just Dave's perception of how he felt the women "might" feel because he maybe thinks you look good in womens clothes. Although, I take your point about nice legs. I know several women who have told me they are envious (jealous?) of some crossdressers legs.
I would have to say there are quite a few legs that look great - not jealous - just complimenting someone has nice looking gams.
