I work out with free wieghts at home. I am pretty careful what I eat and my S/O is realy into organic food etc so we eat quite healthily. I am torn between wanting really big muscles and not wanting to outgrow my collection of girly fetish clothes. I aim for a slim waist and work on my shoulders and arms mainly. I have a pretty good body considering i am 40 in april :^)
People should work out even just a little, it's good for the soul :^)
