I work at my local McDonalds. My personality is already pretty feminine, so I suppose I exhibit quite a bit of femininity on the job, but it's alright. My coworkers and managers seem to like me just fine.

USAF Veteran, Engineer by education and training, currently a Program Manager in the Defense Industry. Not the greatest career path for a TG friendly environment, no opportunity to dress at all. Getting caught would be a career killer.

Senior Project Engineer here - I hear ya irene9999 - makes me jealous when you see well dressed women and you can't dress the same. Lots of women where I work wear skinny jeans - and then a couple of women in sales department are absolutely beautiful...no underdressing for me..worry too much of what would happen if I had an accident at work.. but the clothes and heels come with me when I travel - I always wonder what does a couple of pairs of stilettos look like on the xray baggage machine since I take my heels in my carry on...Also seeing well dressed women in the airport...I am always impressed when I seeing a business woman wearing her stilettos, walking through the airport...

Never underdressed, it’s not something I’ve ever wanted to do either. It’s all or nothing for me too.
