Thumbs down recipe to stop dressing

Here's a recipe to cut way down on the desire to dress, in just 10 days!

    1) Give one of the muscles in your lower back a fairly good twist
    2) When it seems to be healing up nicely two days later, overdo things by bending too far, rushing around, bicycling, and so on
    3) Two days after that, wear a really tight bra or corset for hours and hours, to spread the muscle strain up your back
    4) Wear 3" heels for a week
    5) Undersleep and overwork, especially if you can sit with a bad posture for 14 hours or more a day
    6) Eat poorly all week
    7) On day 10, rush around like crazy, clean house, and carry heavy objects

By the end of the 10 days, your back pain will have spread from mid-knee to your shoulders, and thoughts of dressing will have been replaced with thoughts of wondering if they can do back transplants yet.

Stays fresh for 3 to 6 weeks, longer if you are careful to overdo things before your back heals.

The key to killing the desire seems to be allowing it to get as far as groin muscle pain.

Can't really agree with those idea's, had three cracked ribs a few years ago and the only relief I got at night was wearing an all-in-one body briefer.
I have a right knee that gets to hurting when ever the weather changes and I know that wearing support hose gives me relief.
Why do I want to give something up that I enjoy doing or feel that is natural to do.

#5 happens every day not sitting though
    #6 normal
#7 Im divorced, have to do it anyway
10 days later Im hurting worse & still dressed with those 4" heels
    guess I"m hooked, huh lol

Sounds like you did a good job of messing yourself up. I know how back pain can be, just takes the wind out of your sails, doesn't it. And of course, we still have to abuse ourselves with tall heels and tight corsets, don't we?

I agree with Nicole, why stop? I can't undo what started fifty years ago. As a matter of fact, it didn't just start. I was born this way and I'm happy being me.

must we go for a bra fitting?

you can take the heels off when you sleep..

well if you eat poorly then with the money you save buy a bra that fits ... see#3...

    ...snip....
Ouch... Give your back lots of rest, and take it easy. The damn things take a while to heal.

Well, I've discovered that you have to be inshape for one, getting older, and 2, dressing like a chick..... Crossdressing isn't an easy sport!! hehehe But if played properly you shouldn't get hurt!!!

Tess-leigh -- I have found that a good case of the flu will knock out my desire to dress for a day or two. Of course, after I feel better I wonder why I didn't wear a nightie in bed. Oh, yea, I know why. My wife will kill me.

Sometimes I make sense and that frightens me.

when we feel pain and illness we don't feel pretty hon---just take it easy---muscle relaxants, chiro etc can help---hope you don't have a herniated disk but if you do then you should know that 90% of them heal without the need for sugery---in the meantime stop the testosterone fueled lifestyle and give your back a rest---Mistress Janessa's orders

This recipe sounds like it would best be cured by lounging in a big bed with soft sheets, wearing one of those beautiful 1940s era satin nightgowns and having someone bring me meals in bed.

    Mmmmmmmmm.....

OK. So you say I start by twisting my back? I had better get started....

Why go through all this trouble and agony when you know it won't work in the long term?

I recently did my back... been in flats for nearly a month. Some mornings it's taken twenty minutes of tears to get up. Been barefoot all the time as I couldn't get near enough to my feet to put on hose.

Still.. today I was back in heels and d'ya know what... It felt like home

When my back "goes out" every once in a while, it really does put the damper on dressing. Really don't feel like doing much of anything.

This serves no purpose unless you're not a crossdresser. In that case you wouldn't be reading this anyway. Love it more everyday.

Back out? For me its corset time. I wore mine for several weeks earlier this year when I did something stupid to my back. Not that I need an excuse or anything but it does take a bit of time in the morning to put it on and most days I'm too lazy unless I need to wear it.
