I drive truck all over North America. I live in :canada: . And when I say coworker I don't realy work with her , She work in the dispastch ofice. I have known her for a few years( I have worked there as A O/O for 11 years now Shit. I need a better job.anyway . I had my nails long and brite PINK that day when one of my disspachers who tesses me (nicely and I don't mind)about my dangling ear rings, When he spotted my pink nails. He said ("what the hell ,Pink nails whats next a skirt".) I said " what If I did."So my coworker said " it would be ok if he did. we would not mind." I looked at her and winked. later that day I told her and she said "ya I thought so" I told her I was on face book and to check my pics out . See did but what I did not know was when she was looking she has a GG friend there too. They thought I was very pretty as a woman. She told me that her gg whom allso works there and that I have known well for years said she is complettly trustworthy. I trust her so I said to her "you can use your own judge meant in telling the people here I just don't really care who know's, I just don't want my job to suffer because of it." Has this ever happened to you at work.ANd how did it go.
She and her husband have a CD friend that when she talk to him at the end of the mouth she will get him to call me. After all no one is to rich to not need friends right.Like ones you can go shopping with LOL. well thats it there.huggs :hugs: :canada:

Christina -- Once you are out to anyone - you are out to everyone - you cannot stop one person from telling another even if they tell you that they won't tell anybody - you know how it is - someone has this "juicey" story and they just have to tell someone - and it spreads like wildfire
Be prepared to face everybody at work !

I think your job depends on if you do more drop and hook, than if you have to lump your loads. Shoot I've been out of the industry a few years, and I still have the lingo down.

I understand. I drove a 2 ton as an addition duty in the construction job I have since retired from. Needles to say I didn't feel right about saying any thing to co-workers....in 5 minutes the hole outfit would know. Things were bad enough without adding DCing to the mix too.

Well, I guess that you will know in a week or so if the story has spread, and how people react if it did.Your "I don't care attitude" is the way to go,imho. What else can you do? I think most people would be cool with it, if they see that you're cool with them knowing.I don't intend to tell anyone I work with, but if I were to be seen somewhere, or here for that matter, I would go the same route.I've thought about it, and if it happens, it happens.Probably work out for the best anyway.

yeah once a few know, everyone is going to find out.
When they learned of me, I pretty much got questions every day pertaining to my femme side but it was cool.

Karren I have never see Victoria Secret hauled around on a flat bed Have YOU. If so It might be for the oversized ladys like me LOL. If I drove a van , I might dress on the road alittle. But that would be cool, while there unloading the truck I could shop. Hummmmmmm, second thought maybe not I would not have any money left after about 1 month. Nice thought. HUGGS :canada:

Sounds good, except the part with your mom. I guess there is always going to be that one relative who just won't accept.
However, since you are out to everyone you know, you now have nothing to worry about ;)

I have not had this happen. At this time, I would not be comfortable with my co-workers knowing.
However, I don't wear a skirt to work; I under-dress (panties, hose, etc.) and wear a little very light make-up (mascara mostly)--no overt signs of my dressing.

Welcome to the choice of being a CD. You have to know who to tell and who not to tell. Once your outed, your little comfortable world is changed.

Congratulations on your new load, Christina!
Just as people (like me) who have too many precious possessions secretly wish for a tornado, I think people with a secret (like most of us) secretly wish to "go public." I know that for me, it would get me off the damn dime.
(This, by the way, is not a request to be outed.)

If you wear Mascara I bet the suspect something hun. With my long painted nails most people think I am gay , so the might think the same. Just my :2c: on it.
