Hot Hair

Having only bought a wig this year I find that now the weather is getting warmer I get very hot. I know ladies don't sweat they glow, but the other day I was glowing like a 500w light bulb.
Any sugestions as to how I can feel cooler or should I just wear a bikini to go shopping?

I bought a wig 2 years ago and I got very hot...I decided to just let my hair grow long, and put it up in a pony tail in the summer. I know some of you can't have long hair due to jobs and ect. so I really don't have a answer for ya...Wished I did.....

I used to have long hair but its starting to disapear so thats the reason I bought a wig, and I cant afford a hair transplant.

Maddie, When I get hot wearing a longer wig, I pin it up in back in what I think the girls call a french roll ? sounds too much like bread now so that may not be the proper name :),, but I can do it now with no mirror, and about 6 big bobby pins,,, it looks kinda sexy and realy helps cool me off.

I think I would seek out air-conditioned shopping centers!

And Cindy's right, just keeping it off your neck helps a lot.

Mine gets hot even when the weather isn't warm so I know whatyou mean.

A bag of frozen peas helps. :D
