In many ways, yes - she farts all the time - she weighs half what I do and she eats twice as much as I do - she shouts and loves to give orders - it makes her mad when I call her the General - and she likes athletics and outdoor activities more that I do and she loves professional baseball and I had rather watch grass grow than watch a baseball game

Well... I'm not sure if you would call these 'guy things'.. but my dad taught me DIY from an early age. I can fit carpets, laminate flooring, hang doors, paint, wallpaper, redid my Adams fireplace, my dining suite etc etc... and I can put together anything I buy.. furniture etc... I dunno if I'd call that guy stuff, but more being independent ;)

As for Sheila farting... yeah I heard her down the phone... :puke:

My wife hardly ever shaves her legs
or wears makeup
or wears skirts
or wear heels.
I do the laundry
and clean the kitchen.
I guess she is the guy and I'm the girl.

as I have said in past post, My wife wears the pants in the family. I haven't seen her in a skirt or dress in 15 years.

Mrs. Ralph is the alpha dog of our pack - I let people walk all over me, but she'll raise the fur on her back and won't back down if she feels that someone is taking advantage of her or her family. It's sometimes kind of embarrassing when she sends food back that is not cooked right or launches into a tirade at slow delivery or whatever. Other than that, though, both of us have pretty gender-neutral hobbies and personalities. Neither of us cares for sports or cars; we're both heavy readers and computer geeks (we met online a decade before it became fashionable).

shoot, my so farts all the time and burps loud as possible and if its not the loudest then she gets fired up and tries her best to make it so. Last night she told me that wearing dresses was my job as was wearing makeup if thats what i wanted but not to expect her to wear any of either unless it was a funeral, which is fine by me i love her just the way she is and she loves me the same way.:D:love:

My wife hates makeup.
My wife hates skirts.
My wife hates high heels.

Other than that, she's a girly girl.....

My wife is all girl. No male traits at all, an occasional burp and fart, but nothing on the order of a male. She's not scratching herself and picking at her ass.

Like a few of you my wife:

- Farts 10x more than me.
- Burps louder than me.
- Is naturally much harier than me (if she doesn't shave that is :P)
- Has a bigger build than me.
- Etc..

I still love her though! Other than those things she is pretty girly!

My SO may not act like a guy but she sure dresses like one. Other that a bra and panties, everything else could, and at time are, guys clothes. I do not believe she owns a dress, other than the one she was forced to wear for our daughters wedding two years ago. Skirts will only be found in my stash of things.

Bre is a real woman... she fixes cars along side me, fixes up the house and lets me help, plays with power tools like its no one's business all with nails, makeup and in a skirt... just like me. :D

As for this "male acting" crap... I have no idea how you would define it because all the women I've ever known have always been the one to take care of business. :heehee:

Though she's still in the process of accepting (i only came out a couple days ago), my SO has always been a kind of guy's girl. She's relaxed and groovy, so flatulence and burping, etc, have never been a real big fear of hers. She also rarely wears make-up except when she wants to get "dolled-up" and that's usually just a quick "fix" if you will. A little foundation, some liner, shadow, mascara and maybe lipgloss. Takes her all of 10 minutes at most.

Not at all like a guy she's all girl. But she don't have as many skirts as I do.:hugs:

I won't say my SO acts more manly than me, but family have been know to give her power tools like electric drills and things, and I get will get a crepe pan or mixer. I don't remember the last time I saw her in a skirt, and has always worn her hair much shorter I would be comfortable wearing mine. And yet she comes off very feminine, wish I could pull that off!

Mine doesn't. I can't think of anything. She's all girl. Kinda wears sweats alot, which of course, I hate, but she still doesn't have a whole lotta tom-boy in her.

Does your SO [accepting or not] act more like a guy than you do?

If so, in what way?

Mine does, she burps and farts more than i do :heehee:

Since when are these just guy things:heehee:
Our dog actually takes first prize here for burping the most:doh:

If I said anything about my SO like that here she'd kill me:doh:

This question is going to cause alot of us to get swatted on the head I hope you know:doh:

Yes, she is. She is not into skirts (only owns a couple), doesn't wear much makeup. I'm usually the one that tells "hon, does this top really matches these pants?", and she normally takes my recommendation...

She is totally unaware of my CD. The only time I shaved my legs, she was freaked out because she doesn't understand why I care that much about my body hair, when she doesn't care that much.

Don't get me wrong, she shaves, but for her is not a joy and not extremely frequent. Of course, she is not very hairy, after all. She doesn't shave the top of the leg (above the knee), but it's really not necessary.

From the emotional side, it's the same trend. I'm sometimes mad at her for little details she maybe didn't notice, and most of the times she has no idea I feel that way. When I have a problem, she tries to solve it, not just talk with me and feel with me. I like to talk a lot, she is not as wordy as I am. I love to cuddle. She is very lovely, but not as emotional as I am. Typical complains from my GG friends about their male partners.

I guess I'm from Venus and she is from Mars :D

However, she is very feminine and gorgeous. Today, when she went to work, she was wearing just jeans and a nice top, and I was speechless. She really doesn't need to take much care of her beauty, because mother nature has already done that for her.

I can’t remember the last time my wife wore a skirt or dress..oh, yes I can, about 6 years ago on our anniversary. T shirt and jeans most of the time. Press ‘em flat sports bras. She does have one VS bra that I bought for her, that gets trotted out once or twice a year, maybe. Make up is out of the question. She has never used it.

Last night when I made a joke about my shorts (for the summer) being in style (Charlie on 2½ Men) I was told that she found it annoying that I wore the same thing all the time (polo shirt with pocket, jeans or shorts). Yes, I missed the golden opportunity to tell her what I really liked to wear ;) I have more feminine clothing than she does, and it gets worn more often, if only for an hour every week or so.

No, my wife is definately the girly one, although she can rip out the bum burps with the best of them.

She's very often in dresses, with light makeup.

One of the totally amusing things for the wife is that other that cross dressing, I have next to no female attributes at all. Gym training, kick boxing and sports are my things.

When i figure it out, I'll let you all know :)

my wife is very much a lady, if she does pass gas she gets embarrassed and excuses herself. She presents herself in public and private in a very positive manner, she has also taught our children to mind their manners at all times.

As far as presentation goes, my wife is a girly girl just like me :D However, as far as attitude and fixing things up goes, she's way better than me. A couple of months ago our water heater stopped working, I had no clue what to do and thought we should get a plumber in ... my wife Googled the symptoms and got out her tools and fixed it! A similar thing happened with one of our cars when it wouldn't start a while back. I'm totally useless when it comes to being mechanically minded ... my wife on the other hand is very resourceful and a quick learner!

Now about my wife acting more like a guy . . . well emotionally, No. she is very sensitive and moody. . . will cry easily.

Also, She also does all the laundry, cooks the meals and does the dishes But, I do most of the other household cleaning and vacuuming :o

If we are talking about overall dress and desire to look pretty and fem. then Yes!

She does not wear makeup
or earrings and other jewelry
or girly colors like pink etc.(mostly black)
or skirts/dresses
or high heels (she loves her 14 eye Doc Martens)
she rarely shaves her legs
or paints her nails
or styles her hair (has her hair cut shorter than mine!)
and has a bigger build than me.
she casually likes and watches sports

Lastly, she manages the family bills

I guess in desire, dress, and actions I am more girly than she is . . . but she doesn't mind that. Just raises an eybrow or rolls her eyes at different times. she finds it interesting that I want to be girly. . . but its growing on her :)

No. We seem to have abandoned male / female traditional roles and tasks. She does what she's good at and I do what I'm good at. :)

For sure, my late wife could mow the grass, shovel the walks, paint and stain with the best. Me, give me a fully equipped kitchen and a dishwasher; look out because your waist line will be noticable and in many cases not for the good. LOL She was amazing.

My late best woman friend was a bit like that. When I bought two matching men's and women's watches, she took the big, man's one and left me the little one. (I am wearing it now.)
When she wanted to dress up when we went out, she had few skirts, so i usually ended up getting her one or two, showing her a selection of mine that might be in a size that would fit her, and buying a few too, more in her size.
We went out to a restaurant/bar last Halloween, and she wore jeans and a cowboy hat, while I wore a fairly prim denim skirt.
I used to fuss in the kitchen making her a salad, when she was at my place, while she sat on the sofa with a beer and watched tv.
Other than things like that, she was quite feminine.

Since the beginning of our relationship, she's always said I should be the girl in this relationship.

- I cook, bake etc. the kitchen is my territory. She does not even know how to cook, I've been teaching her a little bit though.

- She has naturally more hair than I do(though this should be mainly because of the race, she's Asian I'm Caucasian)

- I shave more often than she does

- I take better care of my hair(though mines thin and brittle, her's strong and thick)

- I shower more often

- I polish my nails more often

- I wear skirts more often

- Slowly influenced her to become more girly

- Got more earrings than she has

There should be other things as well, but this should answer the original question already good enough.
