Sperm Banks Advice

Hi - I am going to imminently go on HRT and wanted to bank my sperm... you know, just in case.

1) Did you do that?
2) Where did you do it?
3) How much did it cost?
4) Is it good to put it at multiple banks, just in case something goes bad at one of them?
5) Any other advice?
