For those of you who underdress and don't want it known, beware of the new infra-red security cameras. They will see your bra even if the eyes can't. I had forgotten about it but now that the cameras are becoming popular you may be showing more than you want too.
I was in a store looking at room monitors today. The younger gg working there was telling me about the advantage that infra-red cameras don't need lights at night. We were both wearing sweaters and you could clearly see both of our bras. Neither of us freaked out. My bra lines showed anyway. I said, "Thats interesting." and we kept looking at different options. The more powerful the night vision was the better you could see our bras. They weren't busy and it was interesting to say the least.
The same goes for black-lights. Depending on the weave of the fabric and reflective qualities of your lingerie it may show. I was at a bar years ago when a girl came in with a black sweater on. She didn't see it, but everyone in the bar could clearly see her shinny white bra glow. I've found shirts don't show as much as sweaters, but have had less obvious experiences.
