Nice way to start my day

On the train going to work today a young couple sat opposite me. I'm in the normal drab business suit reading a book. I looked across at the huge engagement rock on her finger. She looked at my shiny clear nails, then looked at her shorter, plain (drab!!!) nails. She then started running a finger over her nails. She didn't give much away but it was more of a "mine aren't done at all" rather than "OMG that guy has polish on!!" moment.

I smiled all day!:)

I thing that definitely made her think - I wear shiny clear topcoat on mine as

well - I like the look although it does draw some stares
