Although I feel fem when in drab like at work I have to be in drab but i'm OK with that, knowing I can change the moment I get home,
But one everning my gg needed me to take her to the shops (she don't drive) so I could not change as soon as I got home but i'm cool i'll change when we get back, I should have been OK with that it's not very often after all I take her shopping every week end but by the time we got to the supermarket Depresion set in I mean real depression my eyes streeming I could not stop crying that carride on for three days and I could not get out of it. this morning I did't go to work was going to see my GP, But the the last time I saw her was about my transition and she wanted to see me dressed next time I see her, So I had to get dressed before I could see her, But by the time I was ready to go out I was fine depresion gone and back to my old self again, Next time i'll go to the shops dressed I don't want to do that again. That was three days of hell.
I hope that none of you girls have ever sufferd like this And my thanks for listening to me

ps Know I did't get to see my GP but I have had agreat day

Actually my dear, many of us have suffered from this,it is called depression;this does not mean that you suffer from clinical depression like I do.
I will be on a combination of several differant medications for the rest of my life.I am happy to say that what you experienced was situational depression. This happens quite often and is not as scarry as clinical which happens less often and can feel like you are dying.
I would not worry about this unless it starts happening more frequantly;I would then seek the help of a phsychiatrist.

Yes, I know the feeling well. You're down in the dumps, you get all dolled up and then you're on top of the world. That happens to me all the time.

Hi Jonien.
Yes I think you need to crossdress. If you feel the need to go out in public en femme that compulsion will never go away. You seem to have a good partner so don't think why think when!!!
I think probably everybody here needs to crossdress otherwise we'd be watching football!!!!

Jonien Hon,

Is your GP testing your hormones? I don't know if you are taking them but you are describing a typcial GG hormonal upswing/ downswing if I've ever heard one.

I am very familiar with situational depression and I agree with Pricillia, but your ease to cry could also be a symptom of hormonal imbalance. It is not necessarilly a bad thing - but a diagnosis could give you some sense of relief in terms of your well being.

Just thought I'd mention it hon. I'm glad you feel better.

Jonien, for you hon, it's not crossdressing, actually. It's being dressed properly as any other girl. You simply don't feel properly dressed when in drab.

Do you try to wear something feminine every day, even at work? If not, you probably should try.

Jonien.

I feel for you and can understand your frustration and your need to dress. It isn't easy dealing with this immense burden. Hopefully things will get better for you and your wife. You both sound like nice people going through some difficult times. I guess we all can sympathize with your plight since we all have this need to dress up.

I hope you and your wife can find the peace and happiness you both seek.

Take Care!

Emmi

It's nice to express the little girl inside sometimes. Remember that!
