View Full Version : Who is the Oldest CD on here and your Style of Clothing?

Since someone asked who was the youngest CD on here, I thought it only fair to ask who is the oldest? And do you dress your age, somewhat younger, or much younger?

Personally, I am 76 and dress, most of the time, as though I were in my 50's or maybe early 60's. Sometimes a little younger!! I don't wear makeup or a wig so could never pass for any age. I just dress to please my self!!

What about the rest of you? And Karren, I already know you are a pretty young thing!!:heehee:

I'm not the oldest here (56) but my age is a big reason I'm here. Rogaine, fighting weight gain, losing my sex drive, I'm not gay but my groove is definitely less tight, as an old codger. I think alot of guys wait til their fifties to take cross dressing seriously.

I am age 70 but as Melanie (I am told) that I look like age 50 or less. I dress appropriately to the place, time and how most of the women are wearing. Works for me.

The nerve of you to ask a lady her age! Okay, I'm in Berinthia's bracket, and my enjoyment of all things feminine has increased (and I've become more relaxed about it) now that my testosterone on the wane. And yes, now that I have the right wig for a mature woman - short yet stylish - and I have the makeup down pat, I look much younger en femme, most people think I'm at least 10 years younger...and no cellulite!

I'll toss in my age too. I'm fifty nine, and have been out since I was fifty six. I dress like a well dressed woman of my age. Definitely not like a Kmart lady.

And as for my style of clothing, the skirts are a little longer, although I still look hot in jeans and heels, as befits my MILF status these days:

Well, at 56, I am not the oldest, but that does not matter one bit. I dress a little bit like like I were 20, but thats just fun. I can't help it, stockings, heels, mini's and heels, well, I just can't help it!!!! But thats just me girls.

OK, count me in on this one also, I'm 65(sigh sigh) and try to dress age appropriate(whatever that means) and yes since I hit the "60 mark" my desire to dress has increased tremendously and the bank account decreased tremendously. "What goes up does come down"

Will be 78 in Aug. Skirts just above the knee. Wish I could wear a mini. They say I look to be in my 60s, drab or fem. The older I get the greater desire to dress. Trudyann

OK I'll share...I am 59...ouch that hurt. I dress 'age appropriate', what ever that is. I like to dress for the occasion. Such as LBD and heels for the theater, sweats for a powerwalk or above the knee skirt for golf.
Wow..
this dressing thing is fun isn't it.:D

I am 60 and one week. I know I look younger en femme, but en drab most think I am younger. I refuse to age gracefully, I take suppliments and exercise regularly.

I do dress age appropriately.

Perhaps I can top this at 80 last month and dressing now for some 10 years. A late starter after having dabbled a little in my teens. I tend to try to dress as would a woman of mature years as I would rather try to blend in, certainly not to be flamboyant.

Sorry, WindyCissy, I knew I was breaking the rule about ask a lady her age! But I thought just this once it would be O.K.! I apologize.

When a waitress told me she thought I was in my late 50"s I could have kissed her!! And that was with no wig, no makeup, but fully dressed enfemme! That is the way I go out all the time now that my wife is no longer here to help. I do so love to dress!!!

That's scarey as hell! I'm in my mid 40's and am in the midst of a pink fog from hell. I have never had a greater desire to dress. I can't imagine the desire getting stronger as I grow older.......

I am 63--will be 64 in a couple of months. I usually wear a taylored look when out and about. I will wear jeans or dress pants if the occasion calls for it. Skirts and dresses are cut just at or below the knee.

I'm told by gg's that I look like a girl in my early 40's when dressed. I'm also told that I look like a guy in my 40's when I am in drab.

I guess that is what taking care of yourself will do.

Around 70. I try to look my age, perhaps a little younger. I dress conservatively and would love to see stockings with seams come back into style.

I really did think that it was me. The oldest. But here I am, in what is to date, the second place.
The trouble really is that I have no conception of age ageing. It must be the company I keep in here, :hugs:. I'm active, fit and I dress as I will and behave like I wish to behave -well sometimes-.

I just get on with  ing living.

I am 74 but with the magic of modern photo editing, can manage to look a bit younger. I must agree with you more mature ladies who have commented that the CDing urge grows with aging.

I'm certainly not the oldest in this crowd at 60 but like many here I also don't look my age in drab and younger enfemme. I stay very active with sports, I exercise regularly so I also don't feel my age. I dress appropriately and conservatively when out and sometimes much younger when at home i.e. mini skirts. I dress the way I feel and look so I am not sure what a 60 yr old should dress like. I have been dressing more, almost 24/7, since retiring and having a SO who is 100% supportive. I am not sure that has anything to do with ageing vs more time and SO support. Either case I am enjoying Laura a great deal.

Hmmm...

Not telling, only that I'm in the running... I wish I looked as young in person as my friendly camera makes me appear.

Short skirts no longer work for me, but I can still pull off a 50 ish "young" woman look without attracting too many stares, if it weren't for the 4" stillettos:o.

I'll be 67 next month, but don't feel a day over 58. How I dress varies greatly with my mood, but I always try to look as good as possible. But as they say...getting old is not for sissys.:hugs:

I will be hitting the big 7-0 next month and like most other girls here try to dress appropriately. Have been told that I don't look as old when in drab so I hope that follows thru when in pink fog mode !! I think I do, but then i'm prejudiced !! Hugs Samantha.

I'm 59 and I try to dress like most women my age. I wear my skirts just below the knee. I have several skirt suit outfits that will work for church. I wear lower heals because that is just my style.
Now for fantasy dressing at home I like square dance dresses with petticoats. You see, I was a little girl during the 50s and that was the style then. Of course I don't dress like that out of the house. Many of us know that nothing beats a good spin while wearing a full skirt with petticoats. The GGs just don't get it. Most GGs now-a-days have never worn a petticoat. They don't know what they are missing. Leanne

A young 68, as hard as it is to believe. Look more like 55, which is about the age of my female dress. Went to buy a wig a couple of weeks ago, and sales lady tried to sell me a white wig, being the color of my natural hair, but no way. May have earned every white hair on my head, or what few hairs I have remaining, but wig is light brown. What a gas.:)

I've been dressing for over 50 years, and now I'm in my 82nd year. I dressed regularly, in smart tailored skirts, twin sets, pearls, stocking and 2" heels. Size 14.
Six months ago I had an abdominal operation, which was successful - but did the surgeon cut something to do with my feminine persona?

When I returned to the privacy of my home, I surveyed my wardrobe disinterestedly. Two days afterwards I packed everything in a couple of large travel cases and put them out of sight. Will "Gina return? I don't really know.

Has this happened to anyone else?

52, also stuck in female adolescence, trying to overcome that since, well, adolescence. Still dress like a teen age girl, because that's kind of how I feel (pulls out cell phone and starts yapping incessantly).

Perhaps your brush with mortality gave you a slight shock. Here's to Gina on her 100th birthday! I plan to attend the party. Dry martini, si vous plaƮt. Gin, of course.

Well as everyone else her is owning up, I'll come clean; I'm 63.

To be honest I don't bother too much about "age-appropriate" dressing; just wear what I fancy at the time. So this includes occasions when my skirts are probably a bit lacking in length! Life is too short not to have fun and, surely, that is, in part, what dressing is all about.

Age appropriate? How about these two pictures for age appropriate? You are as young as you feel. Biologically 62 in July.

Hi there girls,

It`s so nice to see the young looking dowager ducheses and ladies of the club. Age improves wine and I feel that it makes things easier to pass as a mature lady. Growing old gracefully and not being to much of a vamp/sex kitten. At 74 in a week`s time I feel more grandma/aunt than filly, but wow I love life and a trip out is heaven.

Love to you all from Bron

Well I'm 62 and try to dress very stylishly. I must admit my grey hair makes me look my age but my wife prefers it to my wearing wigs that make me look 10 yrs younger. Since I'm aloowed to be femme 24/7 at home whose going to argue?

All of 68 but I have been told I look younger (thank you Celeste). When dressed I feel much younger, only 60 or so which is one, just one, of the reasons I dress.
