Ok Ladies... You were fantastic on the first round. I can't believe I was so off base. I tend to go for the frilly dilly and fancy dancy stuff so that is what I gravitate to when I think about bringing stuff into my line. I soooo much appreciate your help here...

I think I've picked some better ones... tell me what you think...don't be shy.. fire away...

I'm kind of partial to the last two especially the third(middle).

I like the leopard print at the top, the last one with the black trim is attractive too. Lime green....not my colour!

For someone that's been called conservative I saw the outfits and thought "too conservative for me" :confused:

This is probably one of my favorite outfits, with heels or boots, doesn't matter.

]

So do we (I think). Frilly dilly and fancy dancy is what it is about!

I keep saying negative stuff, but you DID ask ......

I think you are thinking in the wrong age group. Knock ten years off and you will be getting nearer. The outfits shown seem to be a bit on the 'mature' side and would not look out of place on a woman over 40 and up.

Now, maybe most of us are over 40 but our dress sense is a lot younger and most of us don't even go out, so it's all in our heads anyway.
Who wants to look like a very sensible stuffy middle aged woman when you have a choice?

If you can find something that would look GREAT on a sexy 30 year old, I bet you get a better response. Things that mix and match. Shorter flared skirts would help. Little fitted jackets. Tight blouses. Things like that. It doesn't have to be tarty....just FUN!! Just look at Julie Ms outfit. It has all those elements and looks great without being over the top.

Hope that helps.

Yes for sure the bottom one, I would even wear this one if there was one in my size.

Hiya,

I have to agree with Julie Y ( :eek: first time for everything!!). I am 34 and I want to dress like a womean in my 30s. I think that we (CDs) tend to dress younger rather than older, sometime waaay to young for our ages!!!

While the clothes are pretty, they are a bit middle aged, and dare I say frunpy, which is fine if that is the age group that you are aiming for. If that's the case then just ignore me :) . You can't please all of the CDs all of the time.

Theresa - I really like the last two outfits the best. The teal blue seems to complement you well. And the leopard print with the black trim looks fun and exciting on you. As for the age appearance of the clothes you chose, I thought they were totally appropriate - if that's what you like and feel comfortable in, of course. But at the same time, don't hold yourself back. If you find yourself more drawn to younger looking clothes, don't be afraid to try them! I find that it's best to find a halfway point between what I'm instantly drawn to and what complements me best.

Ditto :D The 'in' thing in the UK right now is gypsy skirts/tops and all ages are wearing them.
