Another flying post....

I am headed to Cancun in a few weeks, I have a truly wonderful SO who is more than encouraging, she enjoys my CDing almost as much as I do. She has stated in no uncertain terms that she is having dinner with Barbra on night while we are there, which is going to be great.

My question is this, we have both expressed how fun it would be to fly home made up, in something casual. I know many of you fly domestically, has anyone flown, while dressed, internationally? Out of Mexico and into Dallas in particular?

When you try to leave the airport after leaving customs, you will be harrassed by all sorts of folks trying to get you to sign up for their hotel/resort or tour. They all look official. It's like running the gauntlet. Our hotel told us about this and told us to hurry outside where a car would be waiting for us.

It is fun try it out. No hassle at the US end, and with your SO with you leaving the hotel in Mexico should be easy too. Go for it.
