I watched the last 1/2 hour or so of the US Women's Golf Open and found myself eyeing their attire. Since I love skorts and most women golfers seem to wear them, I found myself thinking about how I would look in some of the tops they were wearing. Michelle Wie, the 15 year old sensation, had on a top that really caught my interest. I have a lot of cap sleeve tops but no sleeveless tops like the one she was wearing. It was cut deep at the back, almost as extreme as a sports bra and had a collar like in the pic below. And I love how the women golfers seem to enjoy sporting stylish earrings too. Heck, I even like the baseball caps.

That's Michelle Wie and Morgan Pressel, both amateurs. Pressel almost pulled off a playoff today but the other leader holed a miraculous sand shot on 18 to win.

What I realized today is I have a lot of clothes that you would regularly see on lady golfers. And I found it funny my favorite guy shirt is a golf shirt, it's all I ever wear in guy mode. Maybe I was a lady golfer in a past life or I'll be one in the next. Now that would be something to look forward to! FORE!

The question is, would the earrings and breastforms balance my body so that I could actually shoot a par every now and then?

My golf buddies might not understand on the first tee box, but by 18 they would be wanting to know where I shop!

I also watched the tournament today and saw some great outfits. One girl was in a pink skirt and top with a white ribbon in her hair... very cute. Not many girls get to dress like this on the job.

These girls are definetly not shy when it comes to style... on or off the golf course.

While we're at it, lets give kudo's to womens tennis players too. Not only are their matches more interesting to watch than mens (more voleys and less aces) but damn they look good doing it too.

There will probably more dangling earings in the next torniment, as it seems to have helped some in their game ;)

I talked my wife into buying a pair of skorts. She loves them. For her not me. :D

Hey Donna! What about a family sharing things?

What I love about skorts is you don't ALWAYS have to be ladylike, you get some room to forget. But what's neat is they look like a skirt until you 'forget'.;)

Okay okay, I agree. Lady golfers can be very feminine, but how about Danica Patrick when she very nearly won the Indy 500? Who knew racing suits could be that sexy?
