Who is your all time favorite cross dresser or cross dresser persona?

I will start it off: My all time favorite is Jim Varney AKA Ernest P Worrel. When he would play as Auntie Nelda. You know the old lady with HUGE red lips and was always sporting the neck brace! God that made me laugh so hard everytime I saw her...even now I am smiling thinking of good ol Nelda.

Dennis Rodman. Dynamic athlete, made no apologies for his enjoyment of wearing female clothing. I wish I were that brave, and skilled enough in my field (like he was) so that I wouldn't have to worry that coming out would affect my career, and my safety. What we really need is a champion pro boxer to come out. There must have been at least one......

I really like the performer Grae Philliips...Not only can she be passable as both male and female, she also is a good singer either way. :daydreaming:

...between Christopher Peterson, who impersonates a number of well-known female celebrities in his stage show "Eyecons" and was one of the "Lucys" in Rat Race, Christopher Morley, who was the "hot babe" in Freebie and the Bean and Bachelor Party, and Jim Bailey (remember him?) from the '60's and 70's who did a great Barbra Streisand and Judy Garland and appeared numerous times on the old Carol Burnett Show.

Bugs has to be at the top of any list. After that - and down a rung :D are the female illusionists like Grae Phillips. I've never seen a prettier girl.

Christopher Morley had a great impact on me, via Freebie and the Bean. I thought his SEXUAL CONFUSION factor was off the chart.

I couldn't agree more. The beautiful little floral skirt he was wearing as he kicked the daylights out of poor Jimmy in the ladies toilet is still one of my all time favourite cross dressed images of all time.

My all-time favorites are 3 "showgirls" of yesterday year whose beautiful images in a TV magazine some 40 years ago got me started. In order they are Kim August, Hans Crystal & Bambi I still remember the thrill of recognition that they sparked in me as I looked through the magazine. I also remember buying a couple of girlie magazines as well so the clerk wouldn't think I was "queer".

British artist Grayson Perry is still my favorite, he just has the best wit.
Rockstars like James Iha (Smashing Pumpkins), Kurt Cobain (Nirvana), Dave Navarro (Red Hot Chili peppers). Somehow Flip Wilson or Milton Berle doesn't cut it for me...there's no edge.

My all-time favorite has to be Eddie Izzard. Not only is he hilariously funny, but the best part to me is that he doesn't crossdress to play a character. He crossdresses because he is a crossdresser -- he's just being himself.

I agree with you, Eddie Izzard is definately my favourite crossdresser in the media. Also, he was the first person I ever knew of who was a crossdresser and totally cool with it, this worked wonders for my confidence at an age when I thought I was the only one and I have to thank him for that.

Also, he is probably one of the best stand-up comics ever.

MtF -- probably 80s British pop singer Marilyn -- ooooh did he look great in a dress!

Years ago Peter Sellers was made up to look like a nearly naked Ursula Andres for a photo shoot - Playboy mag I think. Made quite an impression on me and I've often wished I could experience the same!

Wow great question!

Bugs Bunny is great, and so is Elmer Fudd (Big Snooze).

I won't embarrass anyone by naming them but many of the ladies on this forum have been very inspiring and I've had a lot of fun meeting some of them. Hell, one of the most beautiful drinks Jack ( and we shared some!) :drink:

I vote for bugs bunny also, one of my favorite cartoons. I have not heard of some of the others mentioned here.
